Q: How does Can-Cleaner actually clean my trash cans?
A: We use a truck-mounted, high-pressure cleaning system that sprays 200°F water combined with eco-friendly, biodegradable sanitizing solution. This kills 99% of bacteria, eliminates odors, and removes stuck-on grime inside and out. It's not a garden hose — it's a professional-grade deep clean.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: Nope. We clean your cans at the curb on your regular trash pickup day. Just leave your empty cans out after your waste hauler picks up, and we'll take it from there. We even wheel them back to your driveway when we're done.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We offer three plans: Monthly ($30/month, our most popular), Bi-Monthly ($50/visit), and One-Time ($65). All plans include 2 cans, with additional cans at $10 each. Pricing is for residents within city limits — if you're outside city limits, give us a call for a custom quote.
Q: What months do you operate?
A: Our cleaning season runs March through November. This covers the months when heat, humidity, and bacteria buildup are at their worst.
Q: Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?
A: Absolutely. All of our cleaning solutions are 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. They're safe for your family, your pets, and your lawn.
Q: What if I live outside city limits?
A: We serve many customers outside city limits. Just call us at (618) 520-1253 and we'll give you a quote based on your location.
Q: Do you clean recycling bins too?
A: Yes! All of our plans include up to 2 cans — that can be any combination of trash cans and recycling bins. Extra cans are just $10 each.

Q: What if it rains on my cleaning day?
A: Light rain doesn't stop us — our high-temperature system works in most weather conditions. In the case of severe weather, we'll reschedule your cleaning for the next available day and let you know in advance.
